HOW DOES THE GOOGLE SETTLEMENT AFFECT YOU?

As of September 24, 2009, the federal district
court took the hearing off calendar. Accordingly, there is no settlement
agreement pending as of then.
Apparently the parties have gone back to see
if they can come up with a new settlement.
