When a "celebrity" dies, there are a wide variety of legal issues that arise that are both independent of and yet directly related to the estate issues.  If the celebrity was also a creator of copyrightable materials, such as musical compositions, recordings, screen plays, books or other such materials, the issues multiply in complexity.
